Under the Labour Hire Licensing Act, users of labour hire must only use licensed labour hire providers. The Act establishes a mandatory licensing scheme to protect labour hire workers and support responsible labour hire providers.
Globe Group is an advocate of the scheme, we have proactively obtained all relevant licenses in order to meet our obligations under the Act.
Globe Group has extensive experience in maintaining compliance with all relevant awards, enterprise bargaining agreements and national wage legislation.
This legislation includes but is not limited to the Australian Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and the Australian National Employment Standards.
Globe currently holds Fair Work endorsed and code compliant industrial instruments that meet the relevant industrial relations framework for operating within Australia.
