Transitioning from managing multiple fitness and security businesses to excelling in recruitment, Matt was driven by a desire for change and an opportunity to make a positive impact. Fast forward 18 years, and he is still going strong, leading teams and enhancing recruitment activities for our valued clients.

Matt joined Globe Group because our company vision, culture, and drive for success align perfectly with his own aspirations. As an experienced leader within the world of recruitment, Matt prides himself on customer satisfaction and service delivery, with proven abilities across all levels of organisational management.

And here’s a surprising fun fact about Matt: despite travelling all around Australia, he had never crossed international waters until 2023!
